Question: what are the terms of car reservation?
Answer: you can easily reserve a car by filling in the reservation form via our website at http://www.new-car-rent.com/. Within 3 hours from the receipt of reservation our manager will contact you and inform you about the price and free car for the specified period of rent. If you are satisfied with the offered price you must pay your Reservation fee in the amount of 100 Lt into our Bank account and on coming to pick up your car to payoff the remaining car rental price.

Question: what is included into the car rental price quoted on your website?
Answer: our car rental price - 28,95 EUR, quoted on our website, includes 24 hours car rental and Compulsory TPL Insurance. You can purchase full CASCO insurance for additional fee - 5,21 EUR per day.

Question: what is the cost of additional driver registration in a car rental contract?
Answer: our registration of additional driver is FREE-OF-CHARGE.

Question: what types of motor vehicle insurance and in which countries are valid and what is an amount of insurance franchise?
Answer: in case of car accident our company offers full motor vehicle insurance with franchise only as of 500 Lt. We also provide our clients with FREE-OF-CHARGE insurance of 24-hour roadside assistance, which includes transportation of a damaged car to the service, free-of-charge hotel accommodation and a replacement vehicle. Insurance is valid in the territories of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Europe and Russia within the fixed rental period.

Question: what Litas-EUR exchange rate do you apply for car rental payments?
Answer: our company applies an official Litas-EUR exchange rate, established by the Bank of Lithuania, for the payment of services provided: 3,445.

Question: your company provides car pickup/return service at the Vilnius airport
Answer: our company delivers/returns cars not only at the Vilnius airport, but also at railway and bus stations FREE-OF-CHARGE

Question: what is the cost of car delivery within the limits of Vilnius?
Answer: delivery of car within the limits of Vilnius costs 30 Lt.

Question: Do you deliver cars all around Lithuania?
Answer: yes, we can deliver a car all around Lithuania for additional fee.

Question: what are your office business hours?
Answer: on working days our office is open from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. But our clients can contact our managers by telephone +370 670 25549 and rent a car around a clock.

Question: how quickly will you confirm car reservation sent to you?
Answer: our managers will contact you within 3 hours and confirm your request.

Question: Are there maps of Lithuania and Vilnius in your cars?
Answer: yes, certenly.

Question: what is the transmission model in your rental cars?
Answer: for the convenience of our clients, all the cars in our company are new and with automatic transmission, air conditioning, CD player, AM/FM

Question: I rented a car in your company and it broke down on route, what should I do?
